I typically advise people to hold off on WordPress upgrades for major releases and grab the next release. I seldom take my own advice though…I just love getting the latest and greatest.
But for all of you who do wait until the version after a major update to upgrade your WordPress, the day has arrived. WordPress 2.8.1 is out, and it’s mostly a set of bug fixes for version 2.8.
And that’s why I say it’s best to wait.
