I want to spotlight his post because he has a comprehensive listing of links that photographers’ rights as well as knowing what you can and can’t do when taking pictures including privacy laws.

    It is always good to remind people of their rights as photographers. I keep waiting to be harassed since I live in the DC metro area and tend to take photos of things other than monuments, but it hasn’t happened.

    Thanks so much for posting this. It’s a very important topic and one we need to be vocal about. The main problem with this is a lack of training and education on the part of the those in authority positions. It’s a very nice feeling to be recognized for a post. Thanks so much again!
